Hello there! How may I assist you today? I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and parents. As a licensed psychologist, I have the necessary training and experience to provide family therapy based on strengths, adolescent treatment, and counseling for parents to improve their parenting skills. My expertise lies in cognitive-behavioral treatment and mindfulness-based and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) & DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)- informed approaches.
